MARKETING EXECUTIVE - COMMERCIAL PROPERTYLONDON BASED
The Strategy team, provide the framework for all commercial property activities through the development of the Strategic and Business Planning process and by leading strategic Commercial Property or company wide estates issues. Also responsible for managing the development and delivery of a programme of change projects working with Function Directors, Executive Sponsors and their representatives. The Commercial Property marketing team, are part of the Strategy function and deliver support on all communication initiatives.
The role reports to the Marketing Manager (Commercial Property) and supports the delivery of all marketing activities for the function. This includes the production of press advertising, property brochures, outdoor advertising, exhibition attendance, internal comms and market research.
Key Accountabilities:
- To deliver marketing plans, including liaison with external agencies, production marketing, and coordination of internal stakeholders.
- To organise and manage events including preparation of invitations, correspondence, and material and coordinate activities on the day.
- Provide advice and guidance to internal producers of local marketing material.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers making certain that work is delivered on time and to budget.
- Distribute and display all marketing material in timely and appropriate fashion.
- Responsible for dealing with and responding to incoming enquiries via phone and website, requesting information on commercial properties as well as customer care calls to new customers.
- Collate and analyse the feedback and contribute headline statistics to the management report periodically, identifying areas for attention and improvement.
- Responsible for the input and maintenance of the marketing database, updating it regularly with new instructions, under offer details and any amendments and prospective customer requirements.
- Responsible for the preparation and implementation of direct mail activities to promote specific properties and inform existing customers of changes to service, using database information and where necessary sourcing relevant mailing lists via third party suppliers.
- Responsible for the provision of advice on tactical marketing issues and responding to feedback from internal and external customers to improve both team performance and that of key suppliers.
