They are a leading advisor to Housing Associations(Registered Social Landlords-RSL), as well as to the banks and building societies who fund them.
The team is expanding and career opportunties exist at Senior Surveyor/Planner or Associate level.
If you have:-
- Detailed understanding of housing needs from a planning context.
- Fully understand RSL's operations.
- Have current expertise using housing "toolkits".
- Have detailed knowledge of the grants available.
- MRICS or MRTPI Qualification Essential
