The Company

Our client is a progressive and well-established firm delivering expert residential surveying services nationwide. As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking a dynamic Regional Area Managing Surveyor to support a team of surveyors, drive performance, and ensure technical excellence across the London region.

The Role

This is a standout opportunity for a qualified surveyor ready to take the next step into strategic management. You will support a high-performing regional team, provide technical guidance, and act as a key liaison between field surveyors and the senior management.

You will play an integral role in mentoring talent, delivering customer excellence, and helping shape the company’s growth across your region.

  • Coach and support a regional team of residential surveyors

  • Maintain high standards of reporting, compliance, and client service

  • Provide expert technical advice

  • Monitor performance and productivity,

  • Promote a positive, collaborative team culture

  • To undertake a hybrid management/surveying role, which will include a lower target threshold

Required Qualifications

  • MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualified (essential)

Ideal Attributes

  • Minimum 2 years of residential surveying experience

  • Previous leadership or team management experience is ideal, but not necessary

  • Strong knowledge of RICS guidelines and compliance

  • Confident communicator and natural problem solver

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Basic Salary: Circa £70,000 basic
