The Company
Our client is a progressive and well-established firm delivering expert residential surveying services nationwide. As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking a dynamic Regional Area Managing Surveyor to support a team of surveyors, drive performance, and ensure technical excellence across the London region.
The Role
This is a standout opportunity for a qualified surveyor ready to take the next step into strategic management. You will support a high-performing regional team, provide technical guidance, and act as a key liaison between field surveyors and the senior management.
You will play an integral role in mentoring talent, delivering customer excellence, and helping shape the company’s growth across your region.
Coach and support a regional team of residential surveyors
Maintain high standards of reporting, compliance, and client service
Provide expert technical advice
Monitor performance and productivity,
Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
To undertake a hybrid management/surveying role, which will include a lower target threshold
Required Qualifications
MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualified (essential)
Ideal Attributes
Minimum 2 years of residential surveying experience
Previous leadership or team management experience is ideal, but not necessary
Strong knowledge of RICS guidelines and compliance
Confident communicator and natural problem solver
Full UK driving licence

Basic Salary: Circa £70,000 basic
