Salary

The Role

Our client will offer suitable surveyors the perfect mixture of top-quality work coupled with top-quality fees, all set within a tight patch, plus outstanding benefits and an excellent work-life balance.

The successful candidate should have recent valuation experience in the necessary location and be able to undertake a steady stream of top-quality instructions and premier fee work.

There are volume requirements, but you’ll be fully motivated and equipped to achieve and excel, and you will be highly rewarded for consistency and compliance.

• MRICS/AssocRICS plus VRS

On Offer

Remuneration comprises a basic salary between £55-67k, plus an excellent commission scheme, market-leading pension, car allowance, and additional benefits.
