The Role
This is a rare opportunity to combine office-based strategy with field-based property work, managing assets in possession from takeover through to disposal or loan redemption. You will design and implement bespoke sales strategies to maximise value and speed, work closely with LPA Receivers, and ensure all pre-sale works are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct detailed case reviews and develop tailored strategies to maximise asset value.
Present informed feedback and case insights during management meetings.
Manage your own caseload, ensuring all records are accurate and kept fully up to date from possession through to sale or loan redemption.
Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve optimal price and sales timescales, while keeping costs under tight control.
Liaise with and monitor appointed LPA Receivers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Where required, oversee pre-marketing works to properties, ensuring completion within agreed budgets and timelines.
Provide regular progress updates and “sense-checks” to management and other internal teams.
Travel to various UK locations to directly manage properties in possession.
Required Qualifications
MRICS or AssocRICS qualified, with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience.
Ideal Attributes
Experience in Asset Management, LPA Receivership, Valuation, or related property discipline.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, hungry, and results-focused.
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
